When a wise man suffers, he wonders:
"What have I done so far, to free myself from my sufferings, what do I have to overcome it?"
If, however, suffers from a foolish man, he asks, "Who did this to me "
basis of Buddhist practice, the four noble truths:
First, the realization that life of suffering (dukkha) coined is, secondly, the recognition that this suffering is caused by greed, hatred and delusion (three poisons), third, that suffering can be ended by eliminating these causes and, fourthly, that the way to it through the Eightfold path leads.
